Samoa School CompetitionSituated just south of the Equator between Hawaii and New Zealand, a country where rugby is predominant, recipients of an equipment package from Xiom, the island of Samoa was the recent home for an Olympic Solidarity supported Developing a National Structure Course.

Organised under the auspices of the ITTF Development Programme, the expert on duty was Richard McAfee of the United States who made two visits to the island. The first was from Friday 15th May to Friday 12th June, the second from Saturday 25th July to Friday 28th August.

An itinerary involving school programmes on both the Islands of Upolu and Savaii was organized.
