Finn Luu will be making his third appearance on Team Oceania

The 2019 ITTF World Cadet Challenge is set to be held in Wladyslawowo, Poland from 23-31 October. Get to know Australia’s Finn Luu before he takes on the world as a member of Team Oceania.

 

Goals for the 2019 World Cadet Challenge? To win a medal 

When and why did you first start playing table tennis?  Started playing at 6 years old because my dad  played and got me into the sport

Highlight from your table tennis journey? World rank 11 in Cadet Boys 

Best table tennis memory? Going to Europe to train for 2 months

What are you excited about in Poland? The competition

One thing you want to try in Poland? Kielbasa – polish sausage

Interesting fact about yourself? I used to be left-handed when I was younger 

What movie title best describes your life? Fast and Furious 

Who would play you in a movie about your life? The Rock

Strangest thing you have eaten? Snakes

Favourite artist/band? Ed Sheeran and Lil Pump  

If you didn’t play table tennis, what sport would you play? I’d play badminton
