Fiji Table Tennis Association have successfully filled the role of Operations Manager, and the new member of the team Dhirish Kumar has taken to the job with enthusiasm.

“ITTF-Oceania is pleased to advise that Dhirish Kumar has been appointed as the new Operations Manager for Fiji Table Tennis Association. Dhirish has a background in management, coming to FTTA from a role with the Ministry of Education,” announced ITTF-Oceania CEO Barry Griffiths.

Already present at the TeamUp Program Launch Day and the World Table Tennis Day Celebrations, Kumar has immersed himself in his new tasks.

Responsible for implementing the FTTA Strategic Plan and directing the growth of the sport and its programs in Fiji, there are certainly many tasks ahead, and the appointment of a new Operations Manager is a positive and important step forward in continuing towards these goals.

“We are excited to have Mr Dhirish onboard and very much look forward to working with him toward the long term goals of FTTA.

Dhirish has shown great commitment in a challenging position and we trust together we will successfully build a positive impact in local communities through Table Tennis and enhance the organizational capacities,” says Naren Lal, Fiji Table Tennis Association President.
